We understand that either in the course of your interaction with us or through the provision of our services to you, we may process (i.e collect, use, store, share, transmit, alter, destroy or perform other activities) your personal information (personal data) provided to us or accessed by us through other means or third parties. We retain data for as long as professionals are listed on our platform. Once a professional deletes their profile, we cease to keep their data in our custody. For all other categories of personal data, we only retain them for as long as they remain necessary for the purpose of initial processing. We generally retain personal data where:
