We understand that either in the course of your interaction with us or through the provision of our services to you, we may process (i.e collect, use, store, share, transmit, alter, destroy or perform other activities) your personal information (personal data) provided to us or accessed by us through other means or third parties. Based on the foregoing understanding, we have set out this privacy notice (policy) to provide you with adequate and necessary information on how we process your personal data and for what purposes within the confines of relevant laws and regulations.

Subject to the necessity of respective interactions and transactions between you and us, the personal data collected from you or other sources (may) include:

To facilitate the use of our services, we process your personal data for quality assurance, verification, detection of fraud or misrepresentation and also to match professionals with consumers.

We retain data for as long as professionals are listed on our platform. Once a professional deletes their profile, we cease to keep their data in our custody. For all other categories of personal data, we only retain them for as long as they remain necessary for the purpose of initial processing. We generally retain personal data where:

  • the relevant law requires us to
  • it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy or our contract with you.
  • as long as it is necessary.

How do we secure your data

We have set up organizational and technical measures to ensure safety, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data with us against corruption, misappropriation, destruction, compromise, unauthorized access and other vices. All personal data are stored in our data cloud except the ones stored via other means.
