The Site provides a platform to connect privacy professionals (“Professionals”) with consumers seeking legal services (“Consumers”). We do not provide advisory or legal services. The Company acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate connections between Professionals and Consumers.

5. Registration and Password Security

• a. Use of the Site may require registration, particularly in order to access restricted areas of the Site.
• b. We are not obliged to permit anyone to register with the Site and we may refuse, terminate, or suspend registration to anyone at any time.
• c. You are responsible for making sure that your password and any other account details are kept secure and confidential.
• d. If we have reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Site through your account or the use of your password, we may notify you and require you to change your password, or we may suspend or terminate your account.

Professionals may create listings offering their services, and Consumers may post requests for the services. We do not endorse or recommend any particular professional or service request. We do not guarantee the qualifications, expertise, accuracy, completeness, or quality of any listing or request. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk, discretion and due diligence.

9. Fees and Payments

Any fees for using the Site or the Services will be specified on the Site. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your use of the Site at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Nigeria.
